We are seeking an experienced Business Support Executive to join our team at FA Advisory Sdn Bhd.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our consultants in relation to group and general insurance business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and meet the administrative needs of selected consultants in relation to group and general insurance business.
  • Develop and maintain a good filing system.
  • Liaise with Insurance providers for new quotations, business placement, and related documentation.
  • Prepare quotation comparison table for client review.
  • Send policy and invoice to client as and when required.
  • Follow up on clients timely payments to avoid policy interruption.
  • Assist in Policy Servicing.
  • Assist consultants with value-added services to clients.

Requirements:

  • You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle details accurately.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, well-organized, meticulous, results-oriented, and a good team player.
  • Provide the team with efficient and effective administrative support, including handling enquiries, word processing, record keeping, and correspondence.
  • Possess a Degree in any field.
  • You write and speak English well.
  • You can work in Mont Kiara.
  • You are computer literate & well-versed in Microsoft Office applications.
  • You are a quick learner and able to adapt to changing environments.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative/support role. However, if you are a fresh grad and think you can handle the job scope, do apply.
  • You are a Malaysian citizen.
  • Experience in Group & General Insurance industry is a valuable advantage.
