  • Business Planning: Create comprehensive business and strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports based on on-site visit activities, utilizing report findings to provide improvement recommendations and analysis to management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Strong background in After Sales with a proven track record in the OEM/IAM field.
  • Skills: Profound understanding of dealership operations and service standards, commercial and aftersales acumen, strong communication and presentation skills, language proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivation, influencing, and relationship-building skills, willingness to travel within the region.
