Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Officer to join our team at Upright Talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and compiling IQA quality reports, supervising IQA inspectors, and training and assisting inspectors and NPI technicians.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Define inspection criteria and analyze data to ensure quality standards are met
  • Review and manage IQA rejects to minimize waste and optimize production
  • Track and verify outgoing parts from MRB to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Perform measurements on first-time received raw parts to ensure quality and accuracy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Quality Assurance function, with a strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures
