We're looking for a skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Emerson Electric.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with sales teams, understanding project requirements and developing detailed project plans;
  • Managing project status and performance, providing timely and accurate updates to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Collaborating with internal factory teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Liaising with production planning, MPS, buyers, 3rd party & QA teams, ensuring effective project execution and minimizing risks;
  • Analyzing project performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions;
  • Ensuring safety compliance and work on improvement whenever there's any potential hazard identify;

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in any field with 3 years or above working experience in a manufacturing environment; project management experience is an added advantage;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to organize, develop, and maintain efficient project management processes, with a focus on delivering high-quality results;
  • Dedicated to achieving goals and capable of working autonomously, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability;

Preferred qualifications include PMP certification, Power BI proficiency, and data analytics skills. If you're passionate about project coordination and management, and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.
