About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Engineer to lead our construction projects at Coronade Properties. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. They should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AUTOCAD.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire construction process, from site preparation to project completion.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress.
