  • Reviewing and processing invoices from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Accurately entering invoice data into financial systems or relevant software applications.
  • Validating and reconciling data to ensure consistency and accuracy, resolving any discrepancies as needed.
  • Ensuring timely payment of invoices according to supplier terms to prevent late interest costs and operational impact.
  • Reconciling vendor statements and analyzing aging reports to ensure prompt payment of outstanding invoices.
  • Actively participating in process improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of best practices.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA or CIMA.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
