Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Planning professional to join our team at SK Magic Malaysia.

This is a mid-senior level full-time position in the Business Development and Sales function, reporting directly to our senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand the economy, industry & political situation, identifying trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders, heads of departments, and senior leaders to create, implement, and improve our long-term strategic plan.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and study large datasets to find valuable information, supporting data-driven decision-making for strategic projects.
  • Business Development: Develop business development activities, evaluate potential business chances, partnerships, investments, fundraising, mergers, or acquisitions, providing recommendations based on due diligence.
  • Stakeholder Management: Plan and manage relationships with stakeholders (investors) by developing written materials for investor relations activities and organizing analyst briefings.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop plans and follow Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure how well our strategic efforts are doing, keeping senior leaders informed with regular reports.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with different teams to ensure everyone is on the same page with our strategic plan, sharing our strategy and progress with both internal and external groups.
  • Special Projects: Lead by planning and executing special projects assigned by top-tier management to advance our strategic goals.
  • New Business Ventures: Manage the development of new business ventures and investments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Fields, Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management.

Preferably, you should have at least 5 years of related working experience, preferably as a Senior Executive specializing in Management or equivalent.

Excellent communication skills in English, Malay, and Korean languages for both spoken and written are required.

We are looking for a Full-Time candidate for this position.
