Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, identifying and resolving quality issues, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement quality improvement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues, and implement process improvements.
  4. Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our quality processes and procedures.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of quality tools, statistics, and problem-solving techniques.
  4. Experience with microelectronics, surface mount technology, and other relevant technologies.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
