We are looking for a talented Global Payroll Consultant to join our team. As a Global Payroll Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing award-winning payroll services to clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Carrying out complex payroll calculations (salaries, pension, leave, commission, etc.).
- Liaising with local authorities and service providers on pension, social insurance, tax, and statutory matters.
- Preparing detailed HR reports for clients (movement, headcount, pay summary, cost centre allocation, etc.).
- Maintaining accurate payroll data and staff information within the Payroll System.
- Engaging with clients and providing expert advice on HR matters related to labour laws and the employment act.
- Supporting regional payroll teams with operational and administrative tasks.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Substantial experience in end-to-end Hong Kong payroll processing.
- Prior experience in payroll outsourcing companies or shared services will be beneficial.
- The ability to manage large volumes of payroll processing in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS, and attention to detail.
- An action-oriented, detail-minded, and organized approach.
- Fluency in spoken English, with an advantage for those fluent in a foreign language.
