We are looking for a skilled Outbound Marketing Coordinator to join our sales team at the BGC Group. In this role, you will identify and research ideal customer profiles and key decision-makers in target industries.

You will develop and implement outreach strategies using cold emails or other methods to generate new leads. This includes crafting email sequences for cold outreach and follow-ups, tailored to different audience segments.

To succeed in this role, you must implement A/B testing and analyse performance metrics to optimise email effectiveness. Compliance with email marketing best practices is also essential.

We use automation tools like Mailchimp to scale and streamline our outbound campaigns. You will work closely with sales teams to align messaging, audience segmentation, and outreach strategies.

In this dynamic sales environment, you must stay up-to-date on industry trends, sales automation tools, and outbound marketing innovations to enhance prospecting efforts.

Requirements include a minimum of 2+ years experience in B2B sales development, outbound marketing, or email marketing. A proven track record in generating leads and converting prospects through cold email outreach in B2B business is necessary.

Crafting persuasive and engaging messages that drive responses is critical. Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools is a plus.

This role requires self-motivated, organised, and resilient individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
