Job Description
This full-time and permanent position as an Associate, Investor Services offers regional coverage and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our team and its growth. You will work closely with the Assistant Manager, Investor Services team to perform various tasks, including:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Investor Services team in performing KYC reviews of investors.
  • Collect and verify KYC documents from investors and clients.
  • Conduct thorough name screening and searches using approved tools and platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor data in our approved data platform.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and regular follow-up with investors or relevant parties.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Know Your Client (KYC), Customer Due Diligence, or Name Screening in a financial institution.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
