As a Regional Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business efficiency and growth. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we strive to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.

Your Role

You will lead by example, providing mentorship and guidance to a growing team of junior Associates. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Supply Leads to execute regional strategies, ensuring alignment across teams through clear communication and prompt follow-ups.

You will take a lead role in operations, setting high standards, independently resolving issues, and sharing solutions with the team to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. You will identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within account operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of junior Associates, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high output quality and efficiency
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and Supply Leads to execute regional strategies
  • Take a lead role in operations, setting high standards and independently resolving issues
  • Collaborate with BD Managers to align with commercial focuses and goals
  • Initiate, develop, and plan operational related projects to drive overall business efficiency

Your Requirements

  • 2-3 years of people management and operations experience
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels and cultural backgrounds
  • Ability to execute under pressure and against tight schedules
  • Resourceful, agile, detail-oriented, and willing to adapt to fast changes
  • Tech savvy with proficiency in GSuite, especially GSheets
