Main Tasks

  • Developing accurate cost estimates, schedules, and contractual agreements
  • Offering informed cost management recommendations to project leaders and stakeholders
  • Facilitating negotiations with vendors, contractors, and clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Conducting thorough reviews of project expenditures and forecasts to mitigate potential losses
  • Collaborating with the construction team to resolve cost-related issues
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and submitting periodic project status updates to senior management

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant post-graduation experience in a Quantity Surveying position, preferably in the construction industry
  • Extensive knowledge of construction law, cost estimation methodologies, and project management best practices
  • Superb analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with relevant quantity surveying software and data analysis tools
  • Capacity to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional projects
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English languages
