  7. Regular Updates: Provide regular updates on schedule progress.
  8. Project Schedule Adherence: Build project schedule adhering to the project execution plan, particularly in contracting, procurement, and construction, and identify potential risks that may cause delays to the project.
  9. Deliverable Ownership: Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project deliverables as defined via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  10. Change Impact Assessment: Assess the impact of changes on project schedules, and update plans accordingly, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of adjustments.
Requirements
  1. Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Min. 12 years experience as Planning Engineer/Scheduler for oil and gas projects, preferably greenfield projects.
  3. Technical Skills: Expert in P6.
  4. Project Experience: Involved in PMC projects with at least USD 2 million.
  5. Construction Management: Understanding of construction management, engineering processes, and flow starting from Engineering design, Procurement, and Construction.
  6. Teamwork and Analytical Skills: Capable of working independently from a scheduling perspective and expected to participate and contribute to the team environment.
  7. Team Player: A good team player with strong analytical skills.
  8. Contract Commitment: Able to commit to a 2-year contract.
  9. Location: Willing to work in Johor, Malaysia.
