Wealth and Retail Banking serves over 11 million clients in some of the world's fastest-growing markets. Our client continuum spans from mass retail to affluent clients served by our private bank. We leverage digital banking channels with a human touch to provide clients with differentiated products and services such as deposits, payments, financing, wealth management, and personalized advice.
Your Responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our high-value customer base. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acquiring and retaining a portfolio of priority clients.
- Cross-selling wealth management products and services to customers.
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
- Contributing to the overall success of the branch by achieving business performance measures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of five years of proven and progressive wealth sales experience or equivalent.
- A strong understanding of financial planning fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- A proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Possession of required licenses i.e., PCE, CEILI, FIMM, TBE & IPPC.
