Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned relationship specialist to join our priority banking team. As a senior relationship specialist, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth and meet strategic objectives.

Wealth and Retail Banking serves over 11 million clients in some of the world's fastest-growing markets. Our client continuum spans from mass retail to affluent clients served by our private bank. We leverage digital banking channels with a human touch to provide clients with differentiated products and services such as deposits, payments, financing, wealth management, and personalized advice.

Your Responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our high-value customer base. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Acquiring and retaining a portfolio of priority clients.
  2. Cross-selling wealth management products and services to customers.
  3. Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
  4. Contributing to the overall success of the branch by achieving business performance measures.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. A minimum of five years of proven and progressive wealth sales experience or equivalent.
  2. A strong understanding of financial planning fundamentals.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. The ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  5. A proven track record in sales and customer service.
  6. Possession of required licenses i.e., PCE, CEILI, FIMM, TBE & IPPC.
