We are seeking a talented Dining Experience Manager to lead the front-of-house service team at our signature restaurant in the Caribbean.

About the Position:
  • This role involves overseeing the restaurant service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the fine dining experience for all guests.
  • Training and mentoring servers to meet luxury hospitality standards, including attentive service, efficient table management, and discreet handling of special requests.
Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise the restaurant service team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the fine dining experience, focusing on VIPs and special guests.
  3. Conduct training programs for servers to meet luxury hospitality standards.
  4. Work collaboratively with the Maitre D' and culinary team to ensure smooth service coordination.
  5. Monitor table assignments, pacing, and overall guest satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Provide expert advice on wine and beverage pairings to enhance the dining experience.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality, with a strong focus on service excellence.
  2. Excellent leadership, service execution, and guest relations skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  3. In-depth knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairings, enabling effective recommendations and enhancing the guest experience.
  4. European experience is highly desirable, providing valuable insight into international fine dining standards.
  5. Fluent English language proficiency, with additional languages a significant asset.
