Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers through outbound calls, WhatsApp and email, then following up on leads.
- Activating company promotions and activities to boost enquiries and generate sales leads.
- Maximising sales volume and value using persuasive selling methods and by understanding customers' needs.
- Be the voice of the customer: addressing questions, supplying additional info on our residential solar photovoltaic solutions, and managing customers' expectations.
- Manage all stages of the sales cycle including lead qualification and conversion, document collection, closing deals, and following up on payment.
- Track sales progress on a CRM system and ensure all relevant data and documents are captured.
