About the Job:

The Head of Clinical Operations Asia Pacific is a senior leadership position that oversees project delivery and clinical operations across the Asia-Pacific region. This role ensures the successful implementation of clinical trials by leading high-performing teams, allocating resources effectively, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

This position is critical in shaping the strategic direction of clinical operations while ensuring operational excellence and international competitiveness.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, develop, and manage project management and clinical operations staff to deliver high-quality results.">
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance management to ensure team engagement and effectiveness.">
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.">

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Deliver clinical trials on time, within budget, and with high quality.">
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.">
  • Develop and manage department budgets to ensure profitability and efficiency.">
  • Work closely with project managers to track project scope, revenue, and financial performance.">

About You:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader with:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in a medical, science, or healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience.">
  • Minimum 15 years of clinical research experience within a pharmaceutical company or CRO.">
  • Proven leadership experience (8+ years) managing teams in clinical project management.">
  • Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.">
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee multi-phase clinical trials across diverse therapeutic areas.">
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.">
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.">
  • Ability to think strategically while ensuring high operational efficiency.">
