The Senior Clinical Operations Director, APAC is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing clinical trial delivery and operations across the Asia-Pacific region. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, develop, and manage project management and clinical operations staff to deliver high-quality results.">
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance management to ensure team engagement and effectiveness.">
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.">

Project Oversight:

  • Ensure clinical studies are implemented with high quality, within budget, and on time.">
  • Oversee resource allocation for clinical research projects and drive operational efficiencies.">
  • Identify and mitigate risks to maintain compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.">

Customer Focus & Business Development:

  • ">
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including sponsors, hospitals, and regulatory bodies to build strong relationships.">
  • Support business development activities by providing input on proposals and research opportunities.">
  • Drive a culture of high customer responsiveness and strategic partnership.">

Quality & Compliance:

  • ">
  • Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.">
  • Collaborate with quality teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.">
  • Champion quality management initiatives to maintain high clinical research standards.">

About You:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader with:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in a medical, science, or healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience.">
  • Minimum 15 years of clinical research experience within a pharmaceutical company or CRO.">
  • Proven leadership experience (8+ years) managing teams in clinical project management.">
  • Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.">
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee multi-phase clinical trials across diverse therapeutic areas.">
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.">
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.">
  • Ability to think strategically while ensuring high operational efficiency.">
