Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing full set of accounts, including invoicing, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and bank reconciliations.
  • Preparing accurate financial reports and statements in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining proper financial records and ensuring all documentation is compliant with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Supporting general administrative functions, such as office supplies management, meeting coordination, and handling inquiries.
  • Liaising effectively with internal departments, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Ensuring adherence to accounting standards, policies, and relevant financial regulations.
