Job Title: Conveyancing Lawyer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Lawyer to join our team at Malaysianbar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing law and be able to handle a wide range of tasks, including attending to general conveyancing works, preparing documentation, and communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all general conveyancing works, including sub-sale SPA and banking and financing works from initial stage until completion
  • Attend to clients, correspondence, prepare status reports, and all other types of work assigned from time to time
  • Familiar with conveyancing documentations and bank portals
  • Good in legal research, critical thinking, and time management
  • Able to handle multi-tasking
  • Good personality

Requirements:

  • With minimum Law Degree and valid Practicing Certificate
  • With minimum 1 year's experience
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin would be a plus point
  • Well-organized and good in time management skills
  • Able to handle client and manage cases effectively and result-oriented
  • Able to work independently and also as a team
  • Posses own transport for signing and willing to work on weekends for signing
  • Posses sense of commitment to job responsibilities
