Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Hiredly X. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal customers and ensuring issues are resolved timely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reduce customer inconvenience by taking complete ownership of Repair Support and Early Detection Early Resolution (EDER) activities
  • Provide onsite technical and field support at outlets to minimize vehicle downtime
  • Guide technicians on all types of diagnosis and ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skill level to perform complex diagnosis
  • Work alongside to support aftersales marketing activities and promotions
  • Ensure all technical enquiries from internal customers are resolved timely and safely
  • Enhance EDER activities through Field Technical Report (FTR) issuance

Required Skills:

  • Minimum degree in automotive engineering or a related field
  • Preferably 3–5 years with similar experience
  • Knowledge in automotive technology with good technical experience, skills and knowledge
  • Able to converse in English with good interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Good in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Self-reliant, motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision
