The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire order lifecycle, from receipt to shipment, and ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Order Receipt and Verification: Verify the accuracy of received orders and promptly notify customers of any discrepancies.
  2. Order Processing and Fulfillment: Process orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed correctly.
  3. Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the order process.
  4. Inventory Management: Verify the quality and quantity of items before advising on payment.
  5. Shipping and Handling: Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth shipping and handling procedures.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferable).
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office.
