  • Record and follow up daily cash collections and credit payments
  • Prepare Statement of Account and support customer enquiries
  • Reconcile and upload billing reports to the customer's billing portal
  • Collaborate with the sales team and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Support billing adjustments and issue reminder letters to customers
  • Prepare AR-related reports and assist with month-end closing and monthly reporting
