Technical Advisory Group Member

We are seeking a Technical Advisory Group Member to join our global Data Centre team as a Data Centre Expert.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to ensure the highest standards of design, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, system monitoring, optimisation, and emergency response across our global data centre network.

The selected individual will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in data centre controls with a global remit, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative control solutions tailored to specific project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on the design and installation of data centre control systems, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organisational standards.
  • Oversee the maintenance of data centre control systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to leverage expertise and best practices in controls and monitoring systems.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Data Centre or critical environment controls, with a strong background in design, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, system monitoring, and optimisation.
  • Extensive experience in the APAC region, with knowledge of regional standards and practices.
  • Proven track record of managing control systems in a global context, demonstrating cultural awareness and adaptability.
