Overview

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is RM 8,400 per month, inclusive of basic salary, commissions, bonuses, and cash incentives. Additionally, you can expect yearly incentive trips, performance bonuses, preferential banking facility rates, unlimited medical coverage, and permanent employment.

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Finance Executive to sell and promote bancassurance products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling and promoting bancassurance products to customers
  • Identifying customer segments for new sales opportunities
  • Performing prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential prospects
  • Participating in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers
  • Building business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for up-selling activities
  • Providing financial advice and follow-up service on policy matters to customers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Mandarin speaking: Fresh Diploma/Degree holders are encouraged to apply
  • For non-mandarin speaking: Have minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the financial industry or similar experience in Bancassurance
