HSE Specialist

Tenaga Tiub Sdn Bhd seeks a highly skilled HSE Specialist to join our team. As an HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and stakeholders.

• Develop and Implement HSE Policies: Create and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
• Conduct Regular Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular tool box meetings, inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Prepare Reports and Analyze Data: Prepare daily inspection reports, weekly reports, and monthly reports to analyze safety data and identify trends.
• Liaise with Authorities and Stakeholders: Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders to promptly resolve any site issues and create analytical reports of safety data.

• Minimum Qualifications: A minimum Diploma / Degree in OSHA is required.
• Valid Certifications: Possess a Valid Yellow Book Holder (Site Safety Supervisor) or a Valid Green Book Holder (Safety and Health Officer) registered with DOSH/NIOSH.
• Experience: At least 3 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industries (preferred) or manufacturing.
• Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of ISO requirements, analytical and enquiring mind, energetic with a 'Can do' attitude, disciplined and a team player, good written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia, computer literate, willing to travel (Malaysia/Overseas).
