Tenaga Tiub Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled HSE Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Prepare daily inspection reports, weekly reports, and monthly reports to highlight key findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and conduct HSE activities, training programs, and meetings.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to resolve health, safety, and environmental issues.

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid Yellow Book Holder (Site Safety Supervisor) or Green Book Holder (Safety and Health Officer) registration with DOSH/NIOSH.
  • Hold an Active Oil & Gas Safe Passport (OGSP).
  • At least 3 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industries or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge in ISO requirements.
  • Analytical and enquiring mind.
  • Energetic with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Disciplined and a team player.
  • Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willng to travel within Malaysia and overseas.
