Responsibilities

  1. Conduct failure analysis on electronic components using various techniques such as decapsulation, component solderability testing, and optical microscopy.
  2. Develop and implement test plans to ensure reliability and quality of components.
  3. Analyze data and provide insights to improve product design and manufacturing processes.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in failure analysis and reliability testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Applied Physics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in failure analysis or reliability testing, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of FA tools and methodologies, including hands-on experience with decapsulation, component solderability testing, and optical microscopy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
