About This Role

This Senior Product Designer will help create the future of Reap's platform. You'll own the entire design process, from turning fuzzy ideas into rapid prototypes, to refining final layouts with product and engineering. Along the way, you'll influence how our team collaborates, mentor junior designers, and help shape our design culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end design efforts—from early discovery and user research to rapid prototyping and final UI.
  • Drive innovation through GV design sprints, workshops, and close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Craft intuitive experiences that make the complex feel simple, informed by user insights, analytics, and your own design instincts.
  • Contribute to a scalable design system that empowers our product teams to move fast without sacrificing quality or consistency.
  • Mentor and support junior designers, sharing your expertise and helping shape a vibrant, collaborative design community.
  • Champion usability and accessibility, ensuring every user, regardless of background or device, can seamlessly engage with our products.
  • Continuously refine how we work—embracing new tools, techniques, and processes to elevate our craft and outcomes.
