Job Summary:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team, responsible for providing administrative support to our Managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
  2. Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.
  3. Assist in resolving administrative problems and issues.
  4. Answer customer inquiries via phone and email.
  5. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails.
  6. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Managers.
  7. Maintain office supplies for the department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is preferred.
  2. Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent qualification.
  3. Able to communicate in English at an average level.
  4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  5. Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure.
  6. Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
