Offshore Installation Senior Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our Offshore Installation team at Subsea 7. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering complex offshore installation projects, working closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of detailed installation engineering procedures and documents to support project work.
- Manage aspects of the team, including prioritizing workload, managing time, and ensuring quality control.
- Support senior engineers and managers in project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with other disciplines, including operations, analysis, design, HSE, and SCM, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of knowledge management and technology initiatives within the discipline.
- Participate in the selection of subcontractors and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide support to the Offshore Installation Engineering Team during project operation.
- Actively participate in engineers' training and development programs.
- Contribute to the consolidation of discipline knowledge and best practices.
- Propose innovative solutions to reduce costs and risks.
- Understand and operate within Supply Chain Management processes, key SCM commodity strategies, and project risk assessment/mitigation processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable ability to work within time/budget constraints.
- Ability to guide and mentor junior engineers.
- Good verbal and written English language skills.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, relevant to offshore installation.
- Ability to travel to onshore or offshore sites as required.
