Executive Manager - Facilities and Special Projects
We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager - Facilities and Special Projects to join our team at DVA (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of our centers' facilities, special projects, and biomedical engineering works. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the center's facilities, special projects, and biomedical engineering works;
  • Managing maintenance programs, including Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Planned Corrective Maintenance (PCM);
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards;
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including those related to biomedical equipment and facility operations;
  • Supervising staff and providing guidance on biomedical engineering works, facility management, and special projects;
  • Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or construction management;
  • At least 3 years of experience in facilities management, biomedical engineering, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in managing maintenance programs, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
