About The Team

The ShopeeFood business is undergoing significant growth, and we need a strategic unit to analyze merchant performance and provide recommendations to tap into emerging opportunities.

As a member of the Budgeting and Planning team, you will be required to have a strong affinity for data, project management, and the ability to work independently to generate meaningful insights and actionable strategies.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Optimize driver resource allocation to align with business goals through strategic cost optimization, scheme modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
  2. Serve as the key contact point between OpEx and the driver operations team to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  3. Identify improvement opportunities based on data analysis and voice of driver analysis, and present findings to external stakeholders for further product or campaign enhancements.
  4. Collaborate with the Driver operations team to align driver resources with budget and supply planning, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
  5. Support and lead analytics projects focused on increasing supply and optimizing budget, leveraging your expertise in supply chain optimization and financial analysis.
  6. Proactively address, identify, and tackle potential key issues and blockers in achieving operational excellence within the driver team.
  7. Manage and oversee projects related to operational process improvements from initiation to completion, utilizing your leadership and project management skills.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  2. Strong skills in analytics, cost optimization, budget planning, and financial analysis.
  3. Experience in supporting and leading analytics projects, particularly in supply and demand optimization.
  4. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
