About the Job

We are seeking a Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a member of the AIA Group IT, Solution Centre delivery team, you will provide Business Analyst skills to project delivery.

Your primary responsibility will be to meet with business stakeholders to understand new requests and communicate high-level requirements to project delivery teams. You will also consult and work with business teams to generate detailed business requirements from the initial Business Requirements Document (BRD).

This role requires a professional with excellent communication skills, able to represent and manage customer requirements through to delivery. If you have experience in Business Analysis and are passionate about digital transformation, we want to hear from you.
