Sales and Administration Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, as well as assisting in the execution of sale and purchase agreements.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and managing documents and checklists;
- Assisting in obtaining signatures and documents from stakeholders;
- Issuing credit notes for rebates and promotions;
- Updating records and tracking progress;
You will also be expected to provide support to the sales team in following up with clients and solicitors regarding the execution of sale and purchase agreements. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the success of this role.
