Job Description
The Service Operations Coordinator is a key member of our Service Team, responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Manager (Power/Thermal). This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare invoices for ad-hoc maintenance jobs as required.
  • Enter data from Field Service Reports into the Oracle system if needed.
  • Prepare monthly reports for Periodical Maintenance and Warranty.
  • Handle incoming calls from customers regarding breakdowns, invoices, complaints, etc.
  • Facilitate new staff tools, PPE, and prepare budgeting for CAPEX initiatives.
  • Assist O&M in planning & raising purchase orders for service inventory stocks.
  • Relieve the Service Administrator in administrative matters during their absence.
  • Handle any other administrative issues for the Service Team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical/Electrical Engineering Background
  • Knowledge of PC Software
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and influential skills
  • Pleasant, co-operative, self-motivated, team player, creative, innovative, and customer-oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels
  • Excellent spoken and written skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
