Your Role

You will be responsible for disseminating updated information from customers, carriers, and warehouse operations in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers on urgent/exception pulls and work with the operations team to hand over goods on time.
  • Review and troubleshoot audit trail reports for inventory discrepancies.
  • Perform system updates on request from customers or their suppliers.
  • Notify customers of shipment discrepancies via mail and follow up with phone calls.
  • Respond to customer emails promptly.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for rework, screening, or scrap activities.
  • Maintain company documents and records properly.

To be considered for this position, you must have valid rights to work and live in Malaysia.
