Key Responsibilities

This role involves providing exceptional client service and administrative support to a select group of high net worth individuals and their associated investment and philanthropic activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering and maintaining the financial affairs of a number of high net worth individuals.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including financial statements and transaction details.
  • Managing risk exposure by adhering to Ocorian's policies and procedures.
  • Providing guidance and support to more junior members of staff.
Requirements:
  • Educated to A level or degree standard.
  • Ideal candidates will have already completed or be willing to complete a relevant qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in trust and company administration or a financial services environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
