Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Private Wealth Administration Expert. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and administrative support to a select group of high net worth individuals and their associated investment and philanthropic activities.

This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the financial affairs of a number of high net worth individuals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial statements and transaction details.
  • Manage risk exposure by adhering to Ocorian's policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to more junior members of staff.
Requirements:
  • Educated to A level or degree standard.
  • Ideal candidates will have already completed or be willing to complete a relevant qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in trust and company administration or a financial services environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
