We are seeking a Data Center Services Specialist to join our team at DayOne. As a global leader in data center development and operation, we are expanding our presence in international markets and need talented individuals who can support our growth.

As a Data Center Services Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying customer business needs and mapping them to our proposed solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their capacity requirements and coordinate these with our capabilities.

You will also support presales activities, particularly with hyperscale cloud customers, enterprise, and SME customers. Your role will involve coordinating with internal stakeholders and consolidating responses for RFP/RFI packages.

The ideal candidate will possess above-average industry knowledge and familiarity with the competitive landscape. They will provide full support for assigned customers and demonstrate a proactive approach to meet their needs.

We are looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with and present information to the team. A bachelor's degree is typically required, along with at least 5 years of experience in data centers or related fields.
