Accounting Role Overview

The role of an Accounts Manager Assistant at COURTS MALAYSIA involves supporting the Accounts Manager in various accounting tasks, including payable and receivable management, budgeting, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and complete records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Payable Management: Assist in managing the accounts payable process, including data entry, invoice validation, and payment processing.
  • Receivable Management: Assist in managing the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, credit control, and cash collection.
  • Budgeting and Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements
  • Certification or Diploma: Hold a Certificate / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills, a responsible attitude, maturity, and ability to work independently.
  • Computer Literacy: Be computer literate in MS Office Word and Excel.
