Welcome clients and guide them to an available technician, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.
Repair Collaboration and Solution ExplorationCollaborate with technicians on necessary repairs and explore alternate solutions to costly repairs, providing clients with informed and cost-effective options.
Customer Inquiry and LiaisonAddress customer inquiries regarding service results and liaise with technicians as needed, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Cost Reduction and Warranty EducationEducate clients on potential cost reductions and warranty coverage, empowering them to make informed decisions about their vehicle.
Repair Option SupportSupport clients in choosing between dealership repairs or vehicle trade-in, providing guidance on the best course of action.
Service Center OperationsSupervise and organize the service center's appointments and operational flow, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.

Requirements
