This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions within Hong Leong Bank Berhad. The incumbent will collaborate with business units to analyze processes, design automation workflows, and develop bots using RPA software to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity.
Main Responsibilities:
Process Analysis: Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and design efficient RPA solutions.
RPA Development: Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath or other relevant technologies.
Bots Maintenance: Monitor and maintain deployed bots, ensuring optimal performance and resolving any issues.
Key Skills:
RPA Software: Proficiency in using UiPath or other RPA software.
Business Processes: Strong understanding of banking processes and regulatory requirements.
Automation Technologies: Experience with other automation technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning).
What You Will Achieve:
Contribute to the overall success of the Hyperautomation CoE by supporting the implementation of the bank's hyperautomation strategy.
Participate in knowledge sharing and training initiatives to promote RPA adoption across the organization.
