About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Senior/Managing Consultant with experience in sustainability services to support our expanding business in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver consulting services to client companies, focusing on sustainability strategy and program development, sustainability reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage key accounts and large-scale sustainability programs, developing sustainability communications and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to internal management responsibilities, including planning, budgeting, training, and professional development of sustainability consultants.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, pursue business opportunities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Build on client relationships and internal networks, conduct marketing activities, and project sales.
  • Collaborate with other service teams on opportunities, proposals, projects, and marketing/business activities.
  • Act as a role model and mentor to new joiners and junior consultants.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in sustainability-related topics with deep environmental expertise and climate change knowledge.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into concise stories.
  • Strong project management experience with relevant project management tools.
  • Good knowledge of sustainability guidelines, such as GRI, FTSE4Good, Bursa requirements, and ISO26000/14000.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to learn others as required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills, with the ability to facilitate participation from others.
  • Can-do attitude, enthusiasm, and attention to detail, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Willingness to undertake business travel.
