Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers in handling Standard Orders from customer order to invoicing.
  • Execute and manage the order processes via ERP System.
  • Communicate with customers and follow up on order acknowledgements.
  • Manage delivery terms/time and agreed budgets.
  • Import and export shipment and shipping documents handling with customs and authorities.
  • Order backlog follow-up and inventory control and goods movement.
  • Ensure the invoicing process (advance invoice, delivery invoice, official invoice).

  • Minimum 5 years' working experience in orders management, logistics, and planning.
  • Strong communication skills and MS applications.
  • Customer service-oriented and ability to prioritize and multitask.
