  • Collaborate with senior management to integrate Lean principles into business strategy and drive site KPI performance improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in implementing best practices and optimizing processes to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigma methodology, preferably Lean 6-sigma Black Belt certified.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in driving end-to-end value stream improvements.
  • Good knowledge of advanced IT/Automation solutions and Industrial 4.0 (I4.0) technologies.
