Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to join our team at Conspec Builders Malaysia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revit (BIM), AutoCad, and MS Office, with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and drafting details presentation using Revit (BIM) and AutoCad software.
  • Construct 3D BIM models to LOD400.
  • Develop technical plans, details, and 2D/3D schematic diagrams using AutoCad.
  • Liaise with team members to ensure changes in procedures and standards are communicated to project teams.
  • Collaborate with other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are done as per design requirements.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Revit (BIM), AutoCad, BIM, and MS Office.
  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Construction or Structural Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Good spoken and written English language skills.
  • Honest, responsible, and hardworking.
