About the Role

Monroe Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Product Manager to join their dynamic team. As Assistant Product Manager, you will be responsible for providing marketing support at the APAC zone level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and create marketing strategies at the APAC zone level, working closely with the Senior Category Manager.
  • Act as a supporter at the country level on product/category-related projects, collaborating with the Senior Category Manager and country Product Managers for market deployment.
  • Develop and maintain integrated and consistent marketing plans to support zone-level functions (New Product Development, category strategy and management, best practices sharing & marketing administrative work).
  • Assist in preparing management reports and analysis, including ongoing Brand Health and campaign tracking, category performance, product and pricing information, and analysis by working closely with the Senior Category Manager, country Product Managers & Analysis & Insight team.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Category Manager to track and monitor New Product Development Progress and SKU Rationalization Project by liaising closely with Finance, Research & Development, Quality Assurance, Production, Supply Chain, and country Product Managers.
  • Liaise and work closely with the Senior Category Manager & external agency (creative, research, licensing, etc.) on regional brand campaigns, collaboration projects, and research studies.
  • Execute and deploy zone/regionally Brand Campaigns. Facilitate and consolidate markets' category trends, products, and competitors' intelligence and share across the zone.
  • Responsible for product label and packaging development by working with external agencies and related internal functions.
  • Act as a point of contact and knowledge center for any matter from Headquarters, zone, and local markets/countries.
  • Support the Senior Category Manager in implementing and coordinating category/product information, product development, SKU rationalization, and marketing collaterals from zone level, driving consistency among zone levels, sharing best practices, and building databases for resource sharing (recipes, marketing campaigns, creative design, labels, etc.).
  • Responsible for marketing administrative work, including but not limited to creating purchase orders, updating product information, updating customer/chef databases, pricing, and recipes archive, and PCRS creation.
  • To work on special assignments assigned by the Senior Category Manager.
