About Your Role

You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end logistics operations for MY, SG & PHP. This includes managing external warehouses, including bonded warehouses.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate with the planning of shipping from manufacturing locations to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Develop operational schedules and coordinate logistics activities to meet product specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with customs clearance procedures, particularly for bonded warehouse shipments.
  • Manage MIDA certifications for manufacturing raw materials duty exemption.
  • Timely update C1 and CJ5 applications for SST exemption.
  • Lead the operations of external warehouses (including bonded warehouse), ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Negotiate prices and rates in accordance with company guidelines and standards.
  • Ensure all logistics operations comply with local and international trade regulations.
  • Handle documentation for bonded warehouse activities, customs clearance, and delivery logistics.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs related to external warehouse and transporter performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in import-export processes.
  • Strong knowledge of total logistics, supply chain, and customs requirements.
  • Experience with web-based ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
